LONG TIME COPPOLA COLLABORATOR HANGS HIS SHINGLE - cont.
According to ZAP founder Aubry, “ZAP will continue to provide the same high quality compression and authoring services, bundled with creative services for our home video clients, either soup-to-nuts or on an a la carte basis. Some of our clients have enjoyed putting us to work creating added value content for the films they want to exploit and perhaps we have helped them with audio restoration on older catalog titles, and with graphic design for menus. Others come to us strictly for very high quality pre-mastering and authoring.”
Kim Aubry has been working with Francis Coppola and Zoetrope since 1986, and has been the executive in charge of post production since 1989, working with Coppola on “The Godfather Part III,” “Bram Stoker’s Dracula,” and other films. Aubry produced the 2001 director’s cut edition “Apocalypse Now Redux,” and also produced the new 2003 reedited version of Coppola’s 1982 film “One From the Heart” and “The Outsiders-The Complete Novel.” Aubry also co-executive produced “The Legend of Suriyothai” in 2002.
